When the IT division of L’Oréal revises its project method it impact all its employees. How to interest a large audience in a sometimes complex subject while changing work habits ?
My role: Art Direction, Ui/Ux design
Details: Paris, France, 2017
My approach to the above question is to make the content attractive with a concept that meets the mobile needs of an audience at the forefront of new technologies. By creating a Gamified Mobile App that focuses on storytelling, the core of content becomes easy to digest and remember.
The module is based on the creation of a colorful universe which emphasizes the empathy for its characters. The main character is Franck, a project owner at L’Oréal IT and his “project”. From reception to delivery, Franck’s project will evolve through eight phases.
A motion design video was created to communicate and promote the e-Learning Application with L’Oréal IT employees. As the Art Director on the project I worked on the scenario. I also oversaw the video production team, video delivery and ensured quality.
This e-Learning Application module is designed using a vertical navigation. The user scrolls through the page unlocking the 8 rubrics. Once unlocked each rubric reveals an illustration with hotspots to tap to explore the activities. The module starts with an “Onboarding Introduction”.
This Application consists of 8 illustrated locked phases of Franck and his “Demand”. Each phase give access to an activity.
Each activity can be accessed by tapping
the hotspots (+) of the eight illustrations
