The “Société francophone de Victoria” (SFV) has promoted the Francophone culture in Greater Victoria since 1941 by bringing the community together and providing services to its members. The SFV is working to raise the awareness of the Francophone culture among Victoria residents.
In 2020 the SFV was being perceived as an outdated institution. The new Director offered me an opportunity to lead the redesign of the SFV’s website. To avoid “Silo” thinking, I lead a collaborative Design Thinking Methodology which involved all stakeholders and respected the many points of view in the organization.
